Fulfillment Policy


Effective Date: January 24, 2025


Service Delivery


Slapana is a digital software service delivered instantly through your web browser at slapana.com. Immediately after successful payment:


  • You receive instant access to your subscription tier (Pro or Business)
  • Your credits are added to your account
  • You can start generating mockups right away
  • You receive a confirmation email from Stripe

    • No physical products are shipped. Everything is digital and accessible through your account dashboard.


    Subscription Billing


    Monthly Billing:

  • Pro Plan: $19.99/month for 100 credits/month
  • Business Plan: $49.99/month for 300 credits/month

    • Your card will be charged automatically each month on your billing anniversary date. The charge will appear as "Slapana" or "IronWard Industries" on your billing statement.


    Free Tier:

  • 10 credits (one-time, no payment required)
  • No billing or automatic charges
  • Credits never expire

    • Credit System


  • Pro Plan: 100 credits reset monthly on your billing date
  • Business Plan: 300 credits reset monthly on your billing date
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Credits are used for mockup generation and caption analysis
  • Each mockup generation = 1 credit

    • Cancellation


    You can cancel your subscription anytime:


    How to cancel:

  • Go to Account Settings → Billing → "Manage Subscription"
  • This opens the Stripe Customer Portal
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Or email us at support@slapana.com

    • What happens:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep access to your paid features until the period ends
  • No charge on your next billing date
  • Unused credits from your current period do not carry over

    • Example: Subscribe January 1, cancel January 15 → keep access until January 31, no charge February 1.


    Refunds


    We offer no refunds. All sales are final.


    This is because:

  • You receive instant digital access after payment
  • AI generations use significant computational resources (Google Gemini AI)
  • Generated mockups are stored in our system (storage costs)
  • You can try the Free Tier (10 credits) before purchasing

    • Exceptions (rare and at our discretion):

  • Technical failures preventing access for 7+ consecutive days
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Fraudulent charges not authorized by you

    • If you have billing issues, contact support@slapana.com within 14 days of the charge.


    Chargebacks


    Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent ban from Slapana
  • Loss of all saved mockups and data
  • Legal action to recover costs
